Perhaps he is correct...making him a very astute guy, or perhaps he is blind, making him not very astute. </span></div><div align="left"><span style="font-size:130%;">The people of Woodstock are not anti-leadership, we just aren't sheeples...that's all. Most people I have spoken with do not have an issue with leadership, but feel that the leadership of the city has an issue with its' people and many of those community members feel that certain actions of Mayor Harding and his council were designed and acted upon particularly to keep the public in the dark. The recent mess over the Integrity commissioner comes to mind on that one. Mr Harding and his compatriots developed a set of IC rules that would prevent the IC from actually investigating his actions, from the time he sat on the Board of Directors of the bankrupted/wound down company ,Info Energy. The problem is not anti-leadership. The problem is the leader.</span></div><div align="left"><span style="font-size:130%;">How many leaders would refuse to acknowledge that thousands upon thousands of people signed petitions stating they were interested in maintaining the existing park system? How many "leaders" would push his council into voting against the people? I'll tell you...it's the anti-people leadership that we have in our community that did that, and for that reason, people in the community hold view our leadership with suspicion and contempt.</span></div><div align="left"><span style="font-size:130%;">No Mr Harding, the people of Woodstock are not to blame. The man that stands in your morning bathroom mirror looking at you may offer you some insight. </span></div><div align="left"></div><div align="left"></div><div align="left"></div><div class="blogger-post-footer">Canadian News..Oxford county politics, International news and more.
