What the headline should say is this....
"Free money good for natives"....
And the story should read....
Canadas' native population is excited to be on the recieving end of millions in taxpayer funds to do as they see fit....which most times means....one or two band members....the leadership, will end up filthy rich while allowing the kids on their own reserves to go without and you and I get to pay for it.
