Many Canadians feel poor responsible for their own condition, survey finds
One thing I know for sure is this....
the more free stuff you give people, the less likely they are to help themselves.
In the case of mentally ill people...there should be no wavering from the idea of helping them.
In the case of lazy people who milk the system for money...they should be placed on a time limit....12 months to find a job and then axe them from the system.
I work, you work, everyone capable, should do some work.
The only reason why people sit around is because they don't like how opportunity comes dressed...
in workboots and overalls.
