BAIRD CLUELESS AS TO HOW MANY JOBS WERE CREATED WITH HIS INFRASTRUCTURE

The Conservative government of Stephen Harper is glad to have had the opportunity to spend your tax dollars, but ask those guys how many jobs they've created with this massive expenditure and there's nothing but silence on the room.
John Baird the minister in charge of blowing the dough wherever he can says that he has no idea of whether or not any jobs were created through the massive spendfest but had this to offer; "Ask the Canadian Federation of Municipalities"."They say that every billion we spend equals 11,000 jobs".
I don't think John understood the question, which was, "how many jobs has this spending produced?"
And his answer for that was nothing but an awkward silence which nowadays seems pretty typical of the Conservative Party of Canada.
Mr. Baird should be hiding in his office doing his job until he produces some real results. Families can't survive simply on his photo ops and re-announcements.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, "The Federation of Municipalities." A room full of Mayors. There's a bunch you can believe in. They'll say or do anything to get more government handouts. When Baird defers to the Federation of Municipalities you know he's ducking, bobbing and weaving.
