FORMER GERMAN GUN RUNNER AND FRIEND OF BRIAN MULRONEY AND THE CPC HEADS BACK INTO COURT TODAY
Karlheinz Schreiber, the german gun running weapons dealer friend of Brian Mulroney and the CPC heads back into court today to attempt to stave off his deportation order that would see him sent back into Germany to face charges of fraud, bribery, corruption and tax evasion which stem from dealings he had with the German Government at the time.
Schreiber was singularly responsible for the downfall of west german Chancellor, Helmut Kohl some years ago and has been fighting to stay out of Germany at all costs to avoid facing charges there and the associated huge sentence that will go with those charges should he be found guilty of those crimes he is facing.
Schreiber who has been fighting the deportation order for nearly 10 years now is represented by Edward Greenspan, a prominent Canadian Criminal Lawyer.
