HARPER CONSERVATIVES PULL OUT ALL STOPS
Stephen Harpers' "New CONservative Government" has decided that if they cannot win an election with honesty, they'll do it with lies and ignorance.
This week, MP's bitterly argued over changes made to the IRB(immigration and refugee board), and new rules which will allow for political appointments to the board as recommended by Michael Fortier, the unelected head of Public Works.
Harper attempted to cite two examples of alleged Liberal patronage on the board involving two Montreal MPs, Marlene Jennings and Lucienne Robillard.
He flat out accused Robillard, a former immigration minister, of having appointed her former husband to the IRB and pointed out that Jennings' husband is also on the board.
"That is the mess we are cleaning up. That is the Liberal culture of entitlement and we are getting rid of it," Harper declared.
Turns out, however, that Robillard's ex-husband, from whom she's been divorced for 30 years, was appointed to the board by former Conservative prime minister Brian Mulroney.
Jennings' husband, an expert in immigration issues, was appointed by Jean Chretien's Liberal government but before Jennings became an MP in 1997. She said neither she nor her husband had been involved in partisan activity at the time of his appointment.

Harpers' attacks against these two women MP's were completely unjust, and were a manufactured bunch of lies.
Point is, if this guy needs to lie about silly stuff like that, what else would he lie about?
And in comes Mr Bains, another Liberal MP who this past week was astonished to hear that his father in law was amongst those being investigated by the Air India Probe. Bains, elected in the Toronto area as a liberal MP was attacked by Harper this week, and was accused of protecting his father in law by not voting for the anti-terror legislation extension.
Harper when in need, relies on bullshit fear and propaganda to enforce his view.
He fits well into the historical perspective of other failed leaders that Canada was built on fear, lies and coercion backed up with violence.
The problem with the Canadian system is that massive amounts of infighting, partisanship politics and backroom manouveurs dominate the landscape. Harper hasn't changed that view of Canada, in fact, his isolationist perspective in making decisions will leave him standing alone, and looking the part of bully when an election is called later this spring.
Say no to bullying...say no to Harpers' mindless CONservatives.
nothing mindless here...jsut good ole boys talkin trash like usual
